- Fill out our website form (do not call us to book this service)
- We will text you a booking confirmation, along with a payment link for booking.
- You will receive a reminder as to the day and time span of when your boat will be cleaned.
- Our clients will receive a text upon detailing completion.
Schedule Detailing
Detailing Booking Terms & Conditions
- Customers should remove money, personal belongings, and other important items from their vessel prior to our services. Boats/pontoons are cleaned at the clients own risk and must be able to withstand our normal cleaning services.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair can refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing. Please ask us about an area that needs special attention.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal property including the vessel serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.
- We cannot guarantee firm times when booking. Your detail will be booked by the day and not hours.
- We reserve the right to use our independent contractor to detail your vessel and may need to change the servicer at short notice without penalty.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair will make every effort to keep scheduled bookings. Unforeseen circumstances may cause us to reschedule and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
- We reserve the right to take full payment by credit card to secure the booking.
- We reserve the right to alter or move a booking with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
- A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair reserves the right to inform you of any surcharges should your detail be excessive.
Communications
- Outlaw Tarp Repair will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request and send you a payment link to secure your booking. Your appointment will only be scheduled upon us receiving payment. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. We is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
- When your service request is matched to our technician, your name, phone number, service address and vessel information will be shared with the provider.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair may call you directly to schedule your service. . In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.
Our Service Terms & Conditions
- We must have permission to hold a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking and we will charge the card after each visit.
- We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see cancellation policy)
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
- Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service charge.
- Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is cancelled on the day without prior agreement.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.
- Outlaw Tarp Repair reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
